The GCK Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is a modular low-voltage switchgear assembly manufactured using standardized components and factory assembly processes. It is available in various configurations, including Power Control Center (PC), Motor Control Center (MCC), and Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Cabinet.
The switchgear complies with IEC 60439-1 Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies and GB/T 7251.1 Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies, ensuring reliable performance, safety, and compliance with international standards.
The GCK switchgear features a modular assembled structure. The cabinet frame is constructed from cold-formed steel plates manufactured through a special high-pressure forming process. The vertical columns, horizontal beams, corner joints, connecting parts, doors, and mounting plates are all fastened together with bolts and screws.
This bolted assembly design eliminates welding stress and deformation, resulting in improved dimensional accuracy and structural stability. The cabinet dimensions, component sizes, and mounting hole patterns are designed according to a modular system with a 20 mm module (M = 20 mm), ensuring excellent interchangeability and adaptability of components.
The cabinet frame offers high mechanical strength, excellent rigidity, and a high degree of standardization, making it suitable for various power distribution applications.
The cabinet is divided into three independent functional compartments:
Busbar Compartment
Cable Compartment
Functional Unit Compartment
The rear section of the cabinet contains the busbar and cable compartments. The horizontal busbars are installed in the upper rear section, while the neutral busbar (N) and protective earth busbar (PE) are mounted at the bottom of the cabinet and securely fixed to the frame using high-strength insulated supports.
Outgoing connections are provided through busbar extensions, allowing users to connect power cables conveniently and efficiently.
The front section of the cabinet is dedicated to the functional unit compartment, which accommodates withdrawable modules and electrical components for power distribution, motor control, and system protection.
